Why doesn’t SeneGence use outer product cartons?

SeneGence skips individual retail outer cartons through its Naked Bottle approach, leaving out a packaging layer opened once and discarded while the primary container remains.

SeneGence reports that more than 1.2 million individual retail outer cartons were not used from the start of tracking in 2002 through its 2026 report. The count covers qualifying individual retail outer cartons—not shipping or fulfillment cartons—and the report doesn't publish its counting method.

The idea is as practical as it is proud: invest in the formula, not a retail carton opened once and discarded.
