Before you replace everything, compare one variable.
Product buildup can add shine: an extra primer, Nangai Oil on a day skin does not feel dry, tight, or depleted, or a heavier hand with DayTime Moisturizer - Normal to Oily can occupy the same surface. Sebum, heat, humidity, and other conditions can also change the finish. Remove or reduce one layer, keep everything else comparable, and look again at the same hour.
