In Oklahoma. SeneGence manufactures its products; its manufacturing and fulfillment operations are located in west Tulsa, Oklahoma. SeneGence’s story started in Newport Beach, California, and today its own lab develops products in Sapulpa. Joni Rogers-Kante began SeneGence in 1999 with LipSense®, a flexible, breathable color film.
