What is inside?

Bisabolol with Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Extract, an anti-inflammatory complex, helps soothe visible redness and blotchiness. A nano emulsion of patchouli, calendula, chamomile and jasmine helps calm and soothe skin. Red seaweed extract, Chondrus Crispus (Carrageenan) Extract on the label, with Sodium Hyaluronate, a marine hydration complex, delivers cooling, lasting moisture. Swiss glacier bacteria extract, Succinic Acid (with Maltodextrin) on the label, helps support ATP production for energized-looking skin.

The glacier extract begins with Iodobacter, a cold-tolerant bacterium found in soil beneath a glacier in Valais, Switzerland, and reawakened after many years dormant under the ice. How do I apply it?
