What does each part of SenePlex+ do?

Each part of SenePlex+® has its own job, and together they cover renewal, firmness, moisture and defense:

• Calanthe discolor orchid stem cells (Calanthe Discolor (Ebine) Extract): these plant-derived stem cells use phyto-cellular signaling to help improve the appearance of sagging, drooping skin for a firmer, more lifted look, while promoting collagen and a brighter complexion.
• Orchis Mascula orchid (Orchis Mascula (Orchid) Flower Extract): a powerful antioxidant flower extract that gives maximum moisturizing benefits, helps condition skin for a resilient look and helps protect it from free radicals caused by everyday environmental stressors.
• Biofermented yeast and kelp (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae (Yeast) Extract and Laminaria Digitata (Kelp) Extract): the signature of SenePlex+®. Their bioferment enzymes bring a gently renewed look, and kelp adds antioxidants that help protect, soothe and hydrate.
• Prickly pear (Hydrolyzed Opuntia Ficus-Indica (Prickly Pear) Flower Extract): its nopal oligosaccharides help boost the activity of the skin’s own renewal enzymes and help gently exfoliate dead skin cells, revealing a fresh, radiant look with smoother, more even texture. It also helps skin retain hydration to support its moisture barrier, for comfortable skin and a more radiant complexion.
• Hyaluronic acid (Sodium Hyaluronate): attracts and retains moisture, helping to plump and reduce aging signs.
• Glucosamine and urea (Glucosamine HCl; Urea): glucosamine helps strengthen the skin barrier and support hyaluronic acid synthesis to enhance moisture retention, and with urea and the yeast-and-kelp bioferments it helps firm and smooth the skin.
• Vitamins B5 and E (Panthenol; Tocopheryl Acetate or Tocopherol): panthenol conditions and hydrates for a smoother appearance, and with vitamin E they bring antioxidant care that softens the look of fine lines and protects against environmental stressors.

How do the parts of SenePlex+ work together?

Skin renewal naturally slows with age, so the surface can start to look dull and rough. SenePlex+® begins with renewal: prickly pear and the yeast-and-kelp bioferments help dull surface cells give way to fresher ones, and faster turnover helps improve skin texture, luminosity and hydration. Around that renewal, the orchid stem cells work toward a firmer, more lifted look; hyaluronic acid, glucosamine, urea and vitamin B5 keep skin moist and its barrier supported; and vitamin E, kelp and the Orchis Mascula orchid bring antioxidant care against everyday stressors. How fast does SenePlex+ renew skin?

In a 20-day independent clinical study of 33 women ages 19–65, measured by expert clinical grading compared with baseline, Evening Moisturizer – Normal to Dry with SenePlex+® and orchid stem cells achieved 100% cell renewal in 18 days, against a typical skin-renewal cycle of 28 or more days. Beauty Book 2026 (p. 6).

The clinic’s own report adds a second result. In an independent 20-day study, Evening Moisturizer – Normal to Dry with SenePlex+® showed up to 100% greater visible surface-cell turnover than untreated skin by day 18. In the independent 20-day study of Evening Moisturizer – Normal to Dry with SenePlex+® in 33 women ages 19–65, assessed by dansyl-chloride scoring, mean time to full visible surface turnover was 15.5 ± 0.4 days at the treated site versus 18.0 ± 0.4 days at the untreated control site. What did eight weeks with SenePlex+ show?

In an eight-week independent clinical study of 32 women ages 30–70, measured by expert clinical grading and instrumentation compared with baseline, Evening Moisturizer – Normal to Dry with SenePlex+® and orchid stem cells delivered a 118% instant hydration boost and a 24% improvement in the appearance of lines and wrinkles; after eight weeks, 96% of participants showed luminosity improvement, 80% increased firmness, 71% improved texture/smoothness, 59% improved skin collagen/plumpness and 56% improved skin tone evenness. In an independent eight-week regimen study, women used the Normal-to-Dry 3-in-1 Cleanser, DayTime Moisturizer and Evening Moisturizer together. Hydration increased 49.99% immediately and remained 28.62% above baseline at week 8, accompanied by broader gains in firmness, radiance, smoothness, tone evenness, and line appearance. Where did SenePlex+ come from?

In the summer of 2000, Joni Rogers-Kante took scientists to Mount Yasur in Vanuatu to search for extremophile organisms, life thriving around an active volcano.
